LOUDSPEAKER QUALITY CONTROL SOFTWARE
Highly accurate, fast and easy to use
Loudspeaker Quality Control Software for automated production lines
LOUDSOFT provides fast, accurate, and fully automated loudspeaker quality control (QC) software designed for high-volume audio manufacturers, tier-1 automotive suppliers, and premium headphone brands.
Built to operate seamlessly in demanding factory environments, our hardware-independent QC station software delivers laboratory-grade acoustic analysis directly to the assembly line. Explore our three dedicated quality control software solutions below to find the exact setup for your production environment.
Advanced End-of-Line (EOL) acoustic testing and Rub & Buzz detection
Our software features high-speed algorithmic testing that identifies defective drive units, microphones, and completed speaker assemblies in less than one second. By deploying advanced Rub & Buzz detection alongside traditional fundamental parameters, the system isolates micro-faults such as loose particles, rubbing voice coils, off-center spiders, and air leaks before components leave the factory floor.
The software runs on a standard Windows PC architecture and interfaces smoothly with industrial automation systems via digital I/O, allowing manufacturing teams to establish automated pass/fail gates on the conveyor matrix.
Our Core Quality Control Software Modules
This is our primary production line test station software. It delivers high-speed fundamental acoustic testing including frequency response, sensitivity, phase, total harmonic distortion (THD), polarity, and advanced Rub and Buzz analysis on the factory floor.
A specialized acoustic testing suite built specifically for modern headphones, earphones, and true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds. It integrates seamlessly with artificial ears, ear simulators, and dual-microphone fixtures for rapid left-to-right headphone tracking.
Our remote visualization and data-logging station software. It allows engineering managers and quality assurance teams to monitor live production yield, analyze failure distribution charts, and review statistical process control (SPC) data from a separate office computer without interrupting the active test station line.

Frequently Asked Questions
about our Loudspeaker QC Software
What hardware is required to run the loudspeaker quality control software?
The software is completely hardware-independent. It runs on standard Windows PC hardware and connects to any professional audio interface, sound card, or microphone preamplifier using standard Windows or ASIO drivers. It supports industry-standard test microphones, artificial ears, and production line couplers.
How does the software detect hidden mechanical defects?
The software utilizes high-order tracking filters and custom distortion analysis algorithms to extract low-level, high-frequency transients caused by mechanical scraping, loose glue joints, or air leaks. This allows the system to separate background factory noise from actual internal transducer defects, preventing false rejections.
What is FINEBuzz and how does it improve quality control?
FINEBuzz is an advanced self-learning Rub & Buzz detection algorithm included in FINE QC. It is proven to be the Best in the Industry and identifies distortion and mechanical defects faster and more consistently than human testers, improving the speed and reliability of production-line speaker testing.
Can the QC software be integrated into automated PLC assembly lines?
Yes. The system includes full digital input/output (I/O) control and command-line automation protocols. It interfaces directly with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), footswitches, barcode scanners, and pneumatic test fixtures to automate the entire pass, fail, and data-logging workflow.
Does the system store production history for statistical process control (SPC)?
Yes. Every single test measurement processed by our stations is automatically logged and saved to a central database. Engineering teams can use the remote viewer module to track production yield, analyze failure distribution charts, monitor golden-unit drift, and export CSV data for corporate SPC reporting.
